We are partnering with a leading global company to seek a Head of Finance, based in Australia. Responsible for driving financial performance, commercial decision-making and strategic planning across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities

Own ANZ P&L;, revenue, gross margin and cost performance.
n
Partner with leadership to drive commercial decisions and growth.
n
Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
n
Provide insights and challenge assumptions to improve profitability.
n
Develop KPIs and enhance financial visibility and reporting.
n
Lead and develop the team.
n
Oversee SOX, internal controls and audit requirements.
n
Drive Finance process and system improvements.
n

Requirements





n

n
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA qualified preferred.
n
10+ years' Finance experience.
n
Robust P&L;, FP&A; and commercial business partnering experience.
n
Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution experience preferred.
n
Solid commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.
n
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
n
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, OneStream or similar reporting tools.
n
Solid SOX, internal controls and leadership experience.
n
