What you’ll work on

Property acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leasing
Property development matters
Due diligence and transactional work
Subdivisions and related property matters
General commercial property advice





Skills & experience

You will be an experienced commercial property lawyer, ideally with 5+ years PAE, gained within a well-regarded property or real estate practice.

You’ll bring:
Solid experience across commercial property transactions
Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters
Strong drafting and technical skills
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
The ability to manage matters and competing deadlines autonomously
A commercial, cooperative and proactive approach
An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
