Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (PM Shift of 11:30am until 8pm) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities.

Your Role:

Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targets.
n
Coach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teams.
n
Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demand.
n
Monitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where required.
n
Ensure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirements.
n
Maintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
Demonstrated experience leading warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution, logistics, retail, or multi-channel fulfilment setting.
n




Proven experience leading operational teams and frontline leaders, with a demonstrated ability to build capability, drive accountability, and develop a high-performance culture.
n
Robust expertise in operational execution across inbound, replenishment, fulfilment, inventory flow, and labour management activities within a fast-paced distribution workplace.
n
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools to manage service, productivity, and customer outcomes.
n
Demonstrated leadership style that promotes safety, engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while positively influencing culture and leading change.
