The Position:

Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for school students and events
n
Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
n
Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture
n




Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements
n
Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs
n

The Person:

n

n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
Culinary experience in bulk cooking with a solid focus on quality and presentation
n
A team player who can also work independently
n
Working with Children check (Paid) Blue card
n
