EV Strengthening Communities is seeking an Early Years Advisor/Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple early childhood services. You will support Nominated Supervisors, drive quality improvement, and ensure compliance with EYLF, VEYLDF, NQF, and NQS standards.

You will mentor teams, manage priorities, and foster a protected, inclusive setting for children while partnering with families, educators, and regulatory bodies to uphold high educational practice.
