Pika Sushi is looking for an experienced and passionate Sushi Maker to join our growing team.

n

You will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality sushi while maintaining consistency, food safety, cleanliness, and excellent presentation. We are looking for someone reliable, fast-paced, and proud of their work.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare sushi, rolls, sashimi, and other menu items to Pika Sushi standards
n
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
n
Manage daily preparation and stock rotation
n
Work efficiently during busy service periods
n
Support a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environment
n

What we are looking for:

Previous experience as a Sushi Maker or in Japanese cuisine
n
Robust knife skills and attention to detail
n
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, organized, and able to work in a quick-paced workplace
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
