Macarthur Rams Football Club is seeking a part time Head of Strength & Conditioning to support the performance team ahead of both men's and women's seasons. The post holder will lead speed and conditioning periodisation, create individual strength programmes, and attend training and match days.

Reporting to the Head of Football and Performance Manager, the role manages GPS data collection and analysis and supervises 1–2 S&C; students or interns across a full season.
