Job responsibilities:

Support medication reconciliation workflows and clarify orders through appropriate channels.
n
Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.
n
Prepare and dispense medications within scope and maintain accurate documentation.
n
Document interventions and communications in the pharmacy system as required.
n




Review and process medication orders according to established policies and safety checks.
