We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Stapylton , Gold Coast. This is a pivotal role in the Finance Team which offers excellent career development and progression prospects. This position requires working 100% onsite and you will be trained to use our Microsoft Dynamics ERP and in-house customised systems.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Processing and refunding credit card transactions
Reconciling incoming funds and ensuring correct allocation of customer payments
Debt collections (via phone and email)
Processing monthly debtor statements
Ensuring debtors’ profile are up to date
Managing trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
Responding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely manner
Managing reporting deadlines for the Accounts Receivable functions
Reporting to the Financial Controller and/or Proprietor on debt collection status and risks exposure
Supporting the Finance and Sales teams

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:




Prior working experience in similar role (Candidates without prior working experience will be considered if you have solid double entries knowledge)
Excellent financial analytical skills
Forward thinking with good leadership skills
Passions in dealing with numbers and people
Thorough attention to detail
Strong sense of urgencies and respond quickly to changing priorities
Excellent communication and people skills
Punctuality and work commitment
Solid desire to learn and adapt to our current and new systems
Intermediate computer and fast typing skills
