The role focuses on leading initiatives that strengthen inclusive pathways for young children and families, and promoting smooth transitions into kindergarten and schooling.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of EYLF, QKLG, and the Australian Curriculum, enabling a shared skilled language across settings.
