We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to support our City Beach venue, one of our busiest and most vibrant locations.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in fast paced environments and takes pride in creating an experience guests want to come back to again and again.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue

Oversee stock management





Lead shifts and guide Front of House team members Deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest Act as the eyes and ears of the venue, ensuring everything runs smoothly Serve as a conduit between the venue team and management Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards Manage bookings and guest enquiries Support staff training and development

Mentor staff and provide constructive coaching where additional development or support is required

Resolve issues calmly and confidently as they arise

What We’re Looking For
Experience supervising teams in hospitality, fitness or customer-facing environments
A confident and approachable leader who enjoys working with people
Someone organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
A positive energy that helps bring the team together and create a outstanding atmosphere
