A leading global talent management consultancy is seeking a relationship-driven and commercially minded Resourcing Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, you will sit at the heart of the contingent recruitment function, acting as the central advisor between hiring managers and a panel of agency recruiters. You will drive recruitment best practice, provide market insights, and ensure the end-to-end process runs with efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, agency suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
Act as the primary point of contact and account manager for a designated portfolio within the education cluster
n
Consult with hiring managers to provide market information and insights, driving best practice recruitment solutions
n
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring partner agencies are well-briefed and equipped to source effectively
n
Manager all queries related to open positions
n




Review offers and conduct negotiations where appropriate
n
Drive continuous improvement and engagement with your partner agency network
n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, gained within a recruitment agency or similar onsite/RPO workplace
n
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels
n
A strategic and logical approach to managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced setting
n
Experience with VMS tools such as Fieldglass will be highly regarded
n
