Yard Operator / All-Rounder

We’re looking for a positive, easygoing and physically fit Yard Operator / All-Rounder to join a great team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t mind getting stuck into whatever needs doing. One minute you might be backing/reversing a truck around the yard, the next you could be helping the boys, moving materials, keeping the yard organised or grabbing a broom and sweeping the floor.

What you'll be doing:
Manoeuvring and reversing/backing trucks safely around the yard
Helping load, unload and move materials
Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised
Sweeping floors and general housekeeping
Helping the team wherever needed
General physical yard duties

We're looking for someone who:
Is confident backing and manoeuvring trucks
Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work




Has a positive, fun and easygoing attitude
Isn't afraid to get dirty or grab a broom
Is reliable and turns up ready to work
Enjoys being part of a team and helping the boys out
Has positive common sense and a solid safety focus

You don't need to be someone who thinks any job is beneath them. Attitude is everything. We want someone who will have a laugh with the team, work hard and happily jump in wherever they're needed.
