About the role

You'll work across a broad caseload spanning skilled migration, employer sponsorship, and partner/family visa matters, supporting individual clients as well as Australian businesses navigating workforce planning and compliance-driven visa solutions. Key responsibilities
Visa application preparation and lodgement, including working knowledge of ImmiAccount
Case management — managing a caseload, tracking deadlines, and keeping clients updated at each stage
Working knowledge of key visa subclasses (skilled migration, employer sponsorship, or partner/family visas)
Document review and evidence assessment against visa criteria
Client communication with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Understanding of the Migration Act, Code of Conduct for Migration Agents, and OMARA obligations
Written communication, including drafting submissions and correspondence with the Department of Home Affairs
Stakeholder liaison with employers, HR teams, or sponsors on employer-sponsored matters
Multilingual communication in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia

About you
Current registration as a Migration Agent (MARA) or equivalent,



and eligibility to practise in Australia
0–2 years' post-registration experience — recent graduates from migration law programs awaiting accreditation welcome
Robust written and verbal communication skills
A client-first, detail-oriented approach to case management
Fluency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia highly regarded
