We are looking for a friendly and reliable Optical Dispenser to join our close-knit team at our small, independent optometry practice. You will be working in a customer-focused workplace, helping patients see better and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
Assist patients in selecting eyeglasses and lenses based on their prescriptions and lifestyle needs.
Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure proper fit and comfort.
Educate patients on frame and lens care.
Provide outstanding customer service and address any questions or concerns.
Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Process orders and maintain accurate patient records.
Work alongside the optometrist and team to provide exceptional care.
About you
Previous optical dispensing experience heavily preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Positive communication skills and ability to work well in a small team.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.
A passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care.
