What you'll be doing
Provide personalised hair cutting, colouring and styling services to clients
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend tailored hair solutions
Maintain a high standard of service and ensure client satisfaction
Mentor and train junior hairdressers to develop their skills
Assist with maintaining the salon's presentation and cleanliness
Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience as a qualified hairdresser
Proven expertise in a range of hair cutting, colouring and styling techniques
Demonstrated proficiency in hair colouring, cutting techniques, chemical treatments, styling and blowdrying, and consultation skills




Strong client consultation and customer service skills
Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learning
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A creative flair and an eye for detail
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa required
