We’re looking for an experienced chef who loves building great teams, developing people and making a kitchen work exceptionally well.

Next Door has grown into a busy, high-volume venue with an established menu, a growing team and a clear direction for where its food offering is heading next.

The challenge?

Next Door needs someone to take ownership of the kitchen and build the team, structure and systems around that growth.

The menu, recipes and systems are already established. This role is about leading the team within them, developing the people around you and ensuring Next Door’s standards are executed consistently.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll lead from within the kitchen, set the standard and build more support around you as the operation grows.

As Next Door develops current ideas and concepts,



this role will help answer:

“This is where Next Door wants to go — how do we execute it?”

The next stage includes growing lunch, continuing to develop the food offering and eventually exploring nights. You’ll help turn that direction into people, prep, systems, training and service flow, then lead the team to deliver it.

Next Door has the brand, the customers and the vision.
