About the role

This is an entry level role in our outbound sales team that will focus on high volume outbound calling to manufacturing facilities, processing plants and industrial workshops. You will connect directly to plant managers and maintenance engineers to identify filtration needs, cross reference part numbers and sell premium aftermarket alternatives.

Key responsibilities
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to industrial leads and existing accounts
Uncover replacement cycles for factory baghouses, cartridge dust collectors and compressed air systems
Use cross-reference catalogues to match competitor or OEM part numbers to our aftermarket solutions
Sell alternative filter bags, inline elements and desiccant media (silica gel/activated alumina)
Accurately log technical equipment data, part numbers and speak to factory managers
Demonstrate resilience with a positive attitude and robust drive to overcome objections and handle rejection

About you
Certificate III in Business, Customer Service or Sales or a partial/completed bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration




Technical/Trade qualification or basic course credits in industrial maintenance or technical sales is a strong advantage
Familiarity with factory environments, industrial hardware, or compressed air systems is highly beneficial
