Palmer & Co is currently seeking ambitious and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Bar Team. Operating six nights a week, Palmer & Co is a high-volume cocktail bar renowned for exceptional guest experiences, world-class cocktails, and some of the best live jazz, swing, and blues music in Sydney.

We are looking for individuals who genuinely love hospitality and take pride in creating memorable moments for every guest.

Current Opportunities

Bartender
Minimum 3 years' experience in a premium cocktail bar
Strong classic cocktail knowledge and spirit expertise
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards

About You

You will have:
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude




The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high energy workplace
Robust attention to detail
Availability to work 4–5 shifts per week and late nights
Friday and Saturday availability is essential
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
