Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tiler role based in Adelaide, SA. The Tiler will prepare surfaces, set out tiling layouts, and install tiles in residential and commercial spaces according to project specifications and drawings. Daily tasks include cutting and shaping tiles, mixing and applying adhesives and grout, ensuring level and aligned finishes, and cleaning the work area upon completion. The role involves working with various tile materials, liaising with supervisors or clients on site, following safety procedures,



and meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications
Solid tiling skills, including experience with general floor and wall tiling and flooring installation.
Ability to work with different materials such as ceramic tiles, marble, and mosaics, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Experience in reading plans, setting out layouts, and performing accurate measurements and cuts.
Knowledge of proper surface preparation, waterproofing basics, adhesives, and grouting techniques.
Commitment to secure work practices and adherence to relevant building and safety regulations.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous tiling trade experience or relevant qualification/certification is highly regarded; apprenticeship completion is an advantage.
