We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreperson to join a growing residential construction and repairs team in Townsville. This hands-on role is ideal for a trade-qualified carpenter who enjoys leading small teams, coordinating subcontractors and delivering high-quality projects.
Your recent role
As the Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of multiple residential repair and construction projects, managing day-to-day site operations while remaining actively involved on the tools. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
Trade qualified Carpenter
QBCC Licenced
Minimum 5 years' experience within residential construction
Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, site development and WHS requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Current driver's licence
Working at Heights experience
Desirable
Experience working within insurance building or repairs environments
Exposure to home warranty insurance projects
Experience preparing scopes of work and project assessments
Background working within privately owned organisations
