About the Business:

About the Role!

Currently an opportunity exists for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the business in a new role as one of 2 Maintenance Supervisors.

Reporting to a Warranty Manager your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance inspections on recent homes through the 12 month warranty period
Coordinate trades and subcontractors to complete works
Coordinate bookings and completion of maintenance jobs
Provide reports and inspection findings through to management

What we're looking for:
Trade Qualification,



Carpentry or Painting advantageous
Experience in residential building
Good understanding of Australian building standards
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
High level of time management and organisation skills
Excellent attitude and work ethic
