High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for an ongoing prospect based in Richlands, Brisbane Southside. This is a hands-on warehouse role offering ongoing work, weekly pay, and a view to permanent employment for the right candidate. Suitable for applicants seeking a genuine all-rounder warehouse position rather than a forklift-only role.

About the Role
Ongoing casual position with view to permanent employment
Approximately 35 hours per week
Overtime opportunities available
AM and PM shifts available
Start times may vary based on operational requirements
Weekly roster provided
Based in Richlands on Brisbane’s Southside
Fast-paced warehouse environment
Mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties

Pay Rate
$35.00 - $39.00 per hour
Overtime available where required

Key Responsibilities
Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Putaway, replenishment and stock movement
Picking orders using RF scanners
Receiving and dispatch duties
Manual handling and general storeperson tasks




Inventory and stock control support
Maintaining a clean and secure work workplace
Assisting across multiple warehouse functions as required

About You
Current valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
Minimum 6 months recent High Reach forklift experience
LO Licence highly regarded but not essential
Comfortable working in an all-rounder role consisting of approximately 30% forklift operation and 70% warehouse/storeperson duties
Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling throughout the shift
Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
Must have unrestricted working rights and availability for rostered shifts
