Lumia Care provides aged care, disability and community services throughout Australia. We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to deliver practical HR support across our growing casual workforce.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will support leaders and employees, manage workforce compliance and help ensure people processes are accurate, responsive and consistent.

What you will do
Provide advice on performance, conduct, attendance and employee relations matters
Support workplace investigations, case documentation and formal correspondence
Prepare contracts, variations and employee documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for corporate employees
Monitor workforce compliance, credentials and renewal requirements
Maintain accurate HR systems, personnel files, enquiries and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve P&C; processes and service delivery

About you
Experience in a People & Culture Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role




Working knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR practices
Confidence supporting employee relations matters and advising leaders
Robust communication, organisation and attention to detail
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline

Role requirements
You will need Australian working rights, a valid driver licence, a current National Police Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain the required clearances.
