Sydney Hair Clinic is looking for an experienced Men’s Hairdresser or Barber to join our growing team.

We specialise in non-surgical hair replacement systems for men. No previous hair-system experience is required — full specialised training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who already has experience cutting men’s hair and is confident with scissors, clippers, blending and styling. You don’t need to be a senior barber — if you have solid men’s cutting skills and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

The role will include:
Men’s haircutting, blending and styling
Cutting and blending hair systems into the client’s existing hair
Learning hair-system fitting and attachment
Hair-system removal, cleaning, re-taping and reattachment
Colour services
Providing one-on-one service to our clients

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience cutting men’s hair is required
Confident using scissors and clippers




Good blending and finishing skills
Hairdresser or barber background
Reliable, qualified and well-presented
Friendly and confident working closely with clients
Willing to learn specialised hair-system techniques
Solid attention to detail

Hair-system experience is NOT required. We will train you.

What We Offer
$32–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
