We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager to lead growth across Western Australia and South Australia. This is an exciting prospect to represent a trusted global brand while building strong, consultative relationships with customers ranging from independent framers and galleries to commercial and fulfilment partners. As the face of Larson-Juhl across this significant territory, you will have the autonomy to manage your region, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver value-driven solutions that help customers succeed.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic call cycles to ensure effective coverage across WA and SA
Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions that drive profitable revenue growth
Manage your territory proactively using CRM tools for planning, reporting, and forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
Execute business plans that create value for customers and support company objectives
About you
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Knowledge of the picture framing industry or a related industry would be highly regarded
A strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling
The ability to ask insightful questions, uncover customer needs, and develop tailored solutions
A growth mindset with a solid focus on achieving outcomes
Highly self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work autonomously across a large geographic territory
Willingness to travel regularly throughout WA and SA
