As an all-rounder, you'll manage day-to-day gym operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service. You'll contribute to sales and retention efforts while maintaining a secure and clean environment. While admin support is limited, your proactive approach and multitasking skills are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily gym operations, including opening and closing procedures
Maintaining equipment and ensuring facility cleanliness and safety
Motivating staff to provide excellent customer service
Implementing sales and retention strategies
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Managing staff schedules and performance evaluations
Collaborating with regional management to meet objectives




Staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
Prior managerial experience in the fitness industry preferred
Solid communication and leadership skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Certificate III in Health and Safety (or equivalent)
