Due to continued growth, we are looking for an energetic and creative Recruitment Resourcer to join our Melbourne team. This is a candidate-focused role centred on sourcing, engaging and building relationships with technology professionals across areas including Software Engineering, ERP & CRM, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI and Project Services.

What You’ll Be Doing
Making regular outbound candidate calls
Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals
Screening and interviewing candidates
Building talent pools and candidate communities
Re‑engaging existing candidates
Writing and posting job advertisements
Supporting LinkedIn content and general recruitment marketing
Thinking creatively about new ways to engage talent
Coordinating interviews, references and candidate administration




Building your knowledge of the technology market

About You

This role could suit someone with exposure to recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or another people-focused setting.

You’ll be someone who:
Loves speaking with people
Is confident picking up the phone
Brings energy, creativity and personality
Enjoys social media, content and marketing
Is proactive, organised and naturally curious
Wants to build a career in recruitment

You don’t need to be an experienced recruiter. We’re looking for someone with the right energy, people skills and willingness to learn.
