Master Builders Tasmania Apprenticeship Services is seeking a motivated Junior Apprentice Carpenter (1st Year) to join a small-scale residential building company based in the Devonport region.
This chance is ideal for a young person under 21 who is eager to begin a hands-on career in the construction industry. The successful candidate will earn while they learn, working towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Carpentry with the support of experienced tradespeople.

Key Requirements:
Under 21 years of age
Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent)
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (or close to obtaining)
Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
Reasonable literacy and numeracy skills
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
Good hand-eye coordination and solid work ethic
Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship
