This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to play a key role within the senior leadership team while leading a team of five across finance and payroll. This is an on‑site position, offering direct exposure to operations and the ability to influence business performance. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring and developing a team of five across finance and payroll Managing month‑end close, financial reporting and forecasting processes Delivering business performance analysis and commercial insights Partnering closely with operational leaders to improve manufacturing performance and profitability Developing budgets, financial models and business plans Managing external audit requirements and stakeholder relationships Overseeing tax,
