Job Description
Pathfinder Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager to join a Melbourne-based MSP.
You will manage a broad SMB client base, drive growth and contribute to the business's ongoing success.
The role is primarily in office with a supportive, learning-focused culture.
Ideally you have 3+ years in Account Management, a solid IT product background, and familiarity with the Microsoft stack.
You should work autonomously or with a team, building trust with stakeholders and meeting KPIs.
