We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded State Manager to take ownership of our Queensland and regional operations.
This is not your typical leadership role.

About the Role
As our leader on the ground, you will take full ownership of QLD and regional operations, ensuring all property management portfolios are performing at a high standard.
You will be responsible for driving consistency, compliance, and growth across your State, while supporting and developing a team of Property Managers.
You'll be the key link between strategy and execution – ensuring processes are followed, standards are upheld, and opportunities for improvement are identified and actioned.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and supporting property management teams across QLD and regional teams
Ensuring all portfolios are well-managed, compliant, and performing
Driving operational efficiency, consistency, and best practice




Staying up to date with relevant legislation and ensuring compliance across the board
Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve strong results
Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the broader business strategy
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
A robust operator with proven experience in property management leadership
Commercially savvy, with a "business owner" mindset
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Effective people management skills (Essential)
Confident leading teams across multiple locations
Passionate about building structure, improving performance, and driving results
Up to date with industry legislation and best practice
No Class 1 licence required at this stage– a Class 2 is all you need
***** years' experience in the Real Estate Industry (Essential)
