Location: Darwin
Primary Objective: Lead business analysis activities to scope, analyse and document Information Technology business requirements for the NT urgent care ecosystem and its future integration into an NT wide coordination centre.
The role will work with limited direction to engage stakeholders, map current state processes, define future business and system requirements, support solution design and testing, and produce high-quality documentation to inform project decisions, implementation planning and long-term service improvement.
