Job Description
St Vincent's Public Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Lead Pharmacist- Quality Use of Medicines (QUM).
This permanent, full time role leads the QUM program, oversees formulary management, and drives Medicines Use Evaluations to ensure safe, cost-effective medication practices.
The role requires a registered pharmacist with AHPRA and post-registration leadership experience.
