The Document Controller is responsible for providing high-quality document control and project administration support to the ANZ PMO and Project Delivery teams.
This role manages project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, secure and easily accessible.

The Document Controller is responsible for providing high-quality document control and project administration support to the ANZ PMO and Project Delivery teams.
This role manages project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, secure and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications, contracts, reports and project records.
Administer document control systems, registers and SharePoint project folders.
Ensure accurate document numbering, version control and revision management.
Coordinate document submissions, transmittals, reviews and approvals.
Track workflows, deliverables and outstanding actions across multiple projects.
Maintain auditable records and support project compliance requirements.
Assist with project setup, reporting and documentation processes.
Support internal and external audits, quality reviews and project handovers.
Provide guidance to project teams on document control procedures and best practice.
Identify opportunities to improve document workflows and information management processes.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a Document Controller, Project Administrator or similar role
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, electrical or project-based environments
Strong knowledge of document control principles, revision control and records management
Experience using SharePoint and electronic document management systems
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
