Job Description
THE ROLE
Overall management of construction projects from initial setup through to completion
Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of various projects
Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
Involvement withtendering/estimation
Raise RFI's and track responses
ABOUT YOU
Large-scale construction project experience
Commercial industry experienced desirable
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar
Proven ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment
Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
Ability to influence and drive teams to deliver contribution to business objectives
