Job Role:
As aMET Technician, you will be responsible for assessing faults across a range of vehicle makes and models, carrying out diagnostics using bodyshop diagnostic equipment and stripping and refitting vehicle components.
TheMET Technicianwill work on mechanical, electrical and trim components, including bumpers, doors, lights, dashboards, interior trim, cooling systems, suspension and steering components.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Previous experience working as aMET Technicianor within a similar vehicle repair role
Experience stripping and refitting vehicle components and parts
Experience removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components
Ability to carry out vehicle diagnostics and fault assessment
Full UK driving licence
TheMET Technicianmust be able to work accurately and effectively across a range of vehicle makes and models
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications




Previous OEM experience would be preferred for theMET Technicianposition
Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship in Vehicle Accident Repair
Level 3 Vehicle Damage Mechanical, Electrical & Trim qualification

As an MET Technician, you will be diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults caused by traffic accidents.
The role includes stripping and rebuilding crash-damaged mechanical parts and body panels such as clutches, suspension and brakes.
You will be replacing damaged components, including headlights, brakes, and airbags, and ensuring that vehicles are returned to a safe and roadworthy condition.

Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 8 hrs in the day
