About the Role
Based inPooraka, this senior leadership position offers fullP&L; responsibility for sales and operations atStegbar Windows South Australia.
Leading a team of7 direct reports and 45 employees, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team engagement and profitability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives
Own the business unit P&L;, budgeting and forecasting
Drive operational performance, productivity and DIFOT outcomes
Lead manufacturing, warehousing and customer service functions
Build and develop high-performing teams and leaders
Strengthen customer relationships and market presence
Ensure safety,



compliance and business governance standards
About You
You are an experienced business leader with:
Building products, manufacturing or construction industry experience
Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
Proven success growing revenue and improving performance
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
