Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a commercially focused Contracts Administrator for a growing client in the Darwin region.
The role covers end-to-end contract administration across complex projects, ensuring commercial outcomes are protected and delivered profitably.
You will work closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team, handling variations, EOTs, progress claims and subcontractor negotiations to support successful project delivery.
