They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead engineering, drafting, fabrication and project delivery functions.
This senior role ensures efficient workflows, margin-controlled project delivery and high-quality outputs across the organisation.
You'll work closely with the MD/GM and Senior Management Team to strengthen operational rhythm, project governance and whole-of-business coordination.
