About the Role Key responsibilities include:
TeachingSpecialist Mathematics across Years 7–12
Delivering high-quality teaching and learning aligned with contemporary Mathematics pedagogy
Contributing to the development and review of assessment materials for theQCAA Unit 1–4 Specialist Mathematics syllabus
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and revision programs
Engaging in professional dialogue and curriculum planning to support continuous improvement and student success
About You The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience teachingSpecialist Mathematics
A strong understanding of effective pedagogical practices in Mathematics education
Experience in or an appreciation forboys' education(highly regarded)
A collaborative approach and commitment to skilled growth
Requirements
Relevant teaching qualification
Current (or eligibility for)Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
