Job Description
Zeller is hiring an Implementation Specialist to drive merchant onboarding from onboarding to active transactions, combining remote and in-person engagements.
You will manage an implementation pipeline, deliver training, and identify blockers to ensure go-live success.
You will work with CRM tools (HubSpot) and a dialer (Dialpad), maintain merchant touchpoints, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience for a seamless experience.
