Lite n' Easy in the Brisbane area is seeking a Food Technologist to bridge concept and production, applying food science to help launch current meal products and improve existing ones, from the R&D; kitchen to our production facility.
You will maintain recipes, SOPs and process documentation, ensure HACCP and regulatory compliance, run trials and sensory evaluations, and collaborate with R&D;, QA, operations and our chefs to deliver consistent quality for thousands of Australian households each week.
