Job Description
Tweed Valley Hospital in NSW, Australia, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation team.
You will deliver adaptable home, clinic and facility-based programs, supporting patients to understand and manage their condition, and facilitate education, self-management strategies and exercise programs to improve health outcomes.
