Housing Industry Association (HIA) seeks an energetic Field Officer to support the next generation of skilled tradespeople as an Apprentice Field Officer.
You will recruit host trainers and apprentices, manage a caseload, and provide ongoing support from start to completion, ensuring a high-quality field service in line with HIA policies.
The role focuses on mentoring, capacity monitoring, and promoting HIA Apprentices at events, with a robust emphasis on WHS education and compliance.
