The Role
As Clinical Director Of Medicine, You Will Provide
Strategic and operational leadership across Medical Services
Clinical governance and quality improvement oversight
Leadership in workforce planning, service development, and patient-centred care
Support and mentorship to medical staff and trainees
Collaborative leadership across multidisciplinary and executive teams

The Requirements
MBBS or equivalent qualification eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
Specialist registration, or eligibility for specialist registration, with AHPRA in General Medicine
Fellowship of the:
Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in General Medicine
Demonstrated leadership capability and commitment to clinical excellence
