Job Description
As a Mountain Bike Guide you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner.
You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbo's wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.
About the role
Assist with the daily operations of the Thredbo MTB operations
Assist the MTB Trail Crew with trail maintenance
Assist with retail sales, rental fit-out and event operations
Support rental fleet servicing, maintenance and customer repair jobs
Provide information on Thredbo, Kosciuszko National Park and the surrounding areas
Skills & Experience
Intermediate to advanced level gravity mountain biker rider
Skilled Mountain Bike Level 1 Certificate/Level 1 PMBI/Equivalent in-house training
Experienced in bike servicing and maintenance
Passionate about Thredbo, Kosciuszko National Park and the alpine region
