We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the lead on day-to-day operations, team performance and the overall guest experience.
Perhaps you're a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager from a busy dining, entertainment, pub or bar environment looking for a change of scene.

About you:
Experienced hospitality leader with a strong service background
Venue, restaurant, pub, bar or entertainment experience
Comfortable leading teams of 20+ across a busy operation
Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on team culture
Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of budgets, wage costs and KPIs
Confident managing busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Guest-focused and comfortable being visible on the floor
A genuine interest in developing and leading people
