Job Description
Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Liaison Officer to support patients and families during their healthcare journey, building trusted relationships, and ensuring culturally secure experiences across care teams.
You'll collaborate with communities, providers and services, advocate for needs, and help connect people with supports that promote wellbeing.
A Certificate IV or higher in health or community services is preferred, with a current C class
