HCF seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, privacy, consumer and regulatory matters.
Reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance, you will oversee risk management, manage external providers and help ensure ongoing regulatory compliance across the group.
You will negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise on privacy and customer communications, and deliver practical training to elevate legal capability.
